Deliberarea. What to Check Before You Decide
A decision that stays in your head gets retried forever.
Deliberarea is an interactive book about deciding better. The book turns ten years of judicial discipline and the behavioural science of decision-making into one procedure. Its premise is simple: courts have a procedure that delivers justice between strangers, so there must be one for the trial you carry with yourself. The routine that closes the book, seven checks to run before any important decision, is free, by email.
The method
Every sound decision passes through four chambers: who decides (Identity), with what resources (Energy), how you think (Clarity), and how you execute (Performance). Skip a chamber and the verdict suffers.
The guide
This is a book you write in: worksheets, questions, spaces to fill, a full deliberation protocol. A free seven-step guide: from writing the decision in one sentence to fixing the review dates, plus the full Cross-Examination worksheet – nine thinking traps and one question for each.
